Modify, withdraw, or transfer a user's license
As an administrator, you can:

- If the list is empty, it means that no licenses are available. You will then need to purchase an additional license to replenish the account.

3. Click Save.
Result: the license changes, and all user logs are retained.
B) Withdrawing a license
Action : Click on " Remove license" , then confirm.

Result : the license is released and can be reassigned.
C) Transferring a license
1. Click on "Transfer license".
2. The list only displays users already created in your account who do not have a license.
- If the person to whom you want to transfer the license does not appear, you must first create their user profile in the account . Once created, it will appear in the list and you can assign the license to them.

3. Click on "Transfer" next to the chosen user.
Result: The license is assigned to the new user.
All logs of the previous user are permanently deleted.
If you are only transferring because of a change of email address for the same person, contact our support: we can make the change without loss of logs.
