How do I modify, withdraw, or transfer a user's license?
As an administrator, you can:- to change a user's license type,
- withdraw a license,
- or transfer a license to another user.
Here's how to do it, step by step.
Step 1: Log in
Log in to the Secure Exchanges online portal.

Step 2: Open user management
- Once logged in, in the left menu, under the Licenses and Users section, click on User Management .
- Find the relevant user and click on Manage license .
Step 3: Choose the desired action
A) Modify a license
- Click on " Edit license ."
- From the drop-down list, choose the new plan to assign. If the list is empty, it means no licenses are available. You will then need to purchase an additional license to top up the account.
- Click on Save .
Result: the license changes, and all user logs are retained.
B) Withdrawing a license
Action: Click on Remove license , then confirm.
Result: the license is released and can be reassigned.
- If you withdraw a license, that user's logs will be permanently deleted and the license will be unassigned from the user, but will remain available to be reassigned in your company account.

C) Transferring a license
- Click on Transfer license .
- The list only displays users already created in your account who do not have a license. If the person to whom you want to transfer the license does not appear, you must first create their user profile in the account. Once created, it will appear in the list and you can assign the license to them.
- Click on Transfer next to the chosen user.
Result: the license is assigned to the new user. All logs of the old user are permanently deleted.
