How can I view my submission history in the portal?

The Secure Exchanges online portal logs allow you to view all activity related to your messages: sending, opening, downloading, signing, IP addresses, and more. You can also delete a message before it expires and export your logs for your archives or internal audits.

1. Access the newspapers

  1. Log in to the Secure Exchanges online portal.
  2. Once logged in, click on "Statistics and logs"
  3. You will see all the search and filtering options.

2. Search for messages in the logs

To view your recordings:
  1. Choose the search period *Enter a start date and an end date.
  2. Click on Search *The list of messages sent during the selected period will be displayed.
The newspapers include, in particular:
    1. date and time of sending;
    2. recipient(s);
    3. message status;
    4. number of openings;
    5. expiration;
    6. IP address linked to each interaction.

3. Understanding newspaper columns

Column
Description
R Internal message reference (unique identifier).
Date Date the secure message was sent.
Latest activity Last action performed by the recipient (opening, downloading, signing…).
Expiration date Date on which the message will be automatically deleted.
Status Indicates whether the message is Open , Not opened , Expired , Deleted , etc.
Subject Subject of the message sent.
Sender Your email address associated with the submission.
RECIPIENT Email address(es) of the recipient(s).
Code Associated security code (password or SMS, if applicable).
Files Number of files attached and available for viewing.
Openings Number of times the message has been opened.
Activities Displays actions performed: openings, downloads, access…
Kind Type of sending (message, signature, reply…).
DELETE Allows you to revoke access immediately.

4. Manually delete a message


To delete a secure message immediately:
  1. Find the message in the newspapers.
  2. Click on the trash can icon in the Delete column.
  3. This instantly revokes access to the message, even if:
    1. It has not reached its maximum number of openings.
    2. It has not yet expired.

5. Display the details of an IP address

By clicking on the IP address of an activity, you can view information such as:
  1. Country of origin
  2. City
  3. Region
  4. Internet service provider (based on available data)
This feature is useful for:
  1. detect unusual behavior,
  2. validate the origin of an access request,
  3. to ensure compliance and security of communications.

This detailed information is reserved for users with an administrator role and a PRO license.

6. Export your logs

You can export your logs using the buttons located on the right side of the page.
Available formats:
  1. Excel (.xlsx) – ideal for analyzing and filtering data
  2. PDF (.pdf) – perfect for archiving or a report
  3. CSV (.csv) – for integration into other tools or systems
  4. Copy/Print – to copy or print directly from the portal
