Secure Exchanges has introduced a new feature that allows administrators to view detailed statistics on user service usage. This feature is accessible via the online portal under the "User Statistics" tab. Here's how to use it effectively:
User Statistics User Guide
Access to Statistics
1. Connecting to the Portal:
- Log in as an administrator on the Secure Exchanges online portal .
2. Navigation:
- Go to the "User Statistics" option available in the options menu.
Selection and Visualization
3. User Selection:
- You can select up to 20 users simultaneously to view their statistics. Use the search bar to filter and add the desired users to your analysis.
4. Data Visualization:
- Click on "Get statistics" to load the data.
- Each selected user is represented by a distinct color in the graphs for easy comparison.
Interpreting the Graphs
5. Detailed Statistics Table:
- The table details metrics such as the number of messages sent, the total size of files sent, the number of files signed, and open and sign ratios.
- Activate the "View legend" option to show or hide the legend, allowing for better readability of the data.
6. Messages sent:
- The first graph shows the total number of messages sent, with or without attachments.
7. Number of Files Sent:
- The second graph illustrates the total number of files sent by each user.
8. Total File Size:
- The third graph displays the total size of the files exchanged.
Important Notes
Default Date:
- The date selection is set to one month by default to simplify the initial analysis.
SESAR:
- For SESAR data, it is recommended not to select other users at the same time to avoid affecting the display of data in the graphs.
Data Export:
- Data export options include CSV, Excel, PDF, and printing. The file will not include table icons, only legend titles.
This feature is designed to provide a complete and accurate view of Secure Exchanges usage, enabling administrators to better manage and optimize service usage within their organization.
