How do I change the Secure Exchanges license type?

How do I downgrade to a lower plan?

You can change your Secure Exchanges license type at any time. However, the procedure varies depending on the direction of the change:

  • Upgrading to a higher plan (Eco → Advanced → Pro): this is an upgrade
  • To a lower plan (Pro → Advanced → Eco): this is a downgrade (procedure described below)

NotesTo perform an upgrade, see the article: License Upgrade

Changing your plan does not automatically delete your old license. As long as it remains in your license database, it will be visible in your account's available licenses and will continue to be billable, even if it is no longer assigned to a user. To avoid unnecessary charges, be sure to complete all the steps below. Licenses retained in your account will continue to be billed and are non-refundable.
