You can change your Secure Exchanges licence type at any time. However, the procedure varies depending on the direction of the change:
- Upgrading to a higher plan (Eco → Advanced → Pro): this is an upgrade.
- Downgrading to a lower plan (Pro → Advanced → Eco): this is a downgrade (procedure described below).
To perform an upgrade, see the article New feature - License upgrade.
Warning: changing your plan does not automatically delete your old licence. As long as it remains in your licence database, it will still be visible in your account's available licences and will continue to be billable, even if it is no longer assigned to a user. To avoid unnecessary charges, be sure to complete all the steps below. Licences retained in your account will continue to be billed and are non-refundable.
Step 1: Log in to the Secure Exchanges online portal
- Access the Secure Exchanges online portal.
- Once logged in, in the left-hand menu, locate the "Licenses and Users" section.
- Click on "Licenses & Purchases."
