How do I change my credit card or payment information?
Warning: Only account administrators have access to billing information and can change the credit card associated with the account.
To update your credit card information, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Bills section
- Log in to your account on our online portal.
Note: If you don't know how to log in, follow this procedure: Log in to the Secure Exchanges online portal
- In the left-hand menu, select Billing.
Step 2: Change your credit card information
- Click on "Change my credit card".
- Enter your new payment information.
- Click "Save" to save the changes.
