Common connection problems

Here are common connection problems and their solutions.

“Access validation in progress… Access denied. Error 2.” *This occurs when the link opens in a browser different from the one used to connect.

  1. Example : You submit the request from Google Chrome, but your email opens in Microsoft Edge. In this case, automatic validation fails.
  2. Solution: Open the link in the same browser you used to complete the captcha.

After clicking the link, you are asked to log in again . *This behavior also occurs when the access link opens in a browser different from the one used to complete the captcha.

  1. Example: You request a connection in Chrome, but your email client opens the link in Edge. Because the two browsers are not using the same session, Secure Exchanges cannot validate the authentication token.
  2. Solution: Open the link in the email in the same browser that was used when requesting the connection.

You are not receiving the login email

  1. Check that the anti-robot code has been entered correctly.
  2. Try again, making sure that no mistakes have been made.
  3. Check your junk mail folder.
