To follow this procedure, you will first need to log in to the Secure Exchanges online portal: How to log in to your account on the Secure Exchanges online portal?

Step 1: Release the assigned license (if applicable)

Before you can delete a license, make sure that it is no longer assigned to a user.

  1. Go to Options → User Management
  2. Locate the user to whom the license is assigned. Click on to manage the license.
  3. Select "Remove license"

Step 2: Remove the license from the account

  1. Go to Options → License and Purchase Management
  2. Scroll down to the summary of available licenses, located at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click on the number of available licenses corresponding to the type of license you wish to delete.
  4. A management window will open; click on "Modify the quantity of this license".
  5. Enter the number of licenses to remove and click "Remove these licenses" to confirm
