How do I remove a user from my account?

Delete a user

To remove a user from your organization, follow the steps below:

1. Access user management

  1. Log in to the Secure Exchanges online portal.

  2. In the main menu, go to " User Management" .

2. Open the user's profile

  1. Locate the user you wish to delete.

  2. Click on the "Edit " button associated with this user.

3. Delete the user

Warning: Deleting a user will result in the complete deletion of logs, messages, and all information related to that user.
  1. In the actions panel, select Delete user .

  2. Confirm the deletion when the system prompts you to do so.
