Presentation of the SESAR Service
SESAR (
Secure Exchanges Send and Receive ) is a Windows service designed to integrate and secure your communications sent via
Secure Exchanges , whether stored locally or in the cloud. It acts as a true vault for your data, which you fully control. Because emails sent via Secure Exchanges are
deleted within 30 days and you no longer have access to them afterward, we designed SESAR so you can
save copies of your secure emails. Facility
SESAR can be installed on a local server, guaranteeing complete security and isolation for your data. This installation, under your direct control, ensures your information remains protected. We also offer SESAR hosting at an additional cost. Each organization only needs one SESAR license to provide service for all team members.
How Exchanges Work
All exchanges between your organization and Secure Exchanges (SESAR) will be synchronized within your SESAR. This ensures that all important communications are centralized and secure. What does SESAR store? Everything sent through your organization, including attachments, messages, signed documents, and more.
Note that new users added to your organization will be automatically synchronized; you will not need to do anything on your end.
Integration with Existing Tools
SESAR can be connected to your document management systems and CRM via webhooks to automate various processes, such as document archiving or classification. For example, if you exchange information by email with a client and want this exchange saved directly in the client's file, this is possible through this process.
User and License Management
Thanks to SESAR's integration with Azure AD, it's possible to manage Secure Exchanges users and licenses directly on the Azure AD platform. This integration simplifies access management and enhances security.
Key Features
Send back a document for signature
If a document has already been saved in your SESAR system, you can resend the complete document for signature. For example, if a client loses the document, you can easily resend the complete document for them to sign. Here is the
documentation for this purpose. Prioritization of Signatories
You can prioritize signatories on a list. For example, if the second person on the list is on vacation, you can prioritize the third person, and so on, until it's the second person's turn again.
Here's the documentation for that. Securing Communications
When one of your users sends an email via Secure Exchanges, SESAR is copied on the communication. It will then receive an encrypted message using your PKCS key (a 4096-bit private key). SESAR will be the only one able to decrypt the link received via the messaging service and will thus be able to retrieve a copy of the message for safekeeping.
Conclusion
SESAR is a complete solution for securing and efficiently managing your sensitive communications and documents. Whether you choose to install it locally or use our hosting service, SESAR offers maximum flexibility and security tailored to your organization's needs.
