SESAR (Secure Exchanges Send And Receive) is a Windows service designed to integrate and secure your communications sent through Secure Exchanges, whether they are stored locally or in the cloud. It acts as a true vault for your data, which you control entirely. Since emails sent through Secure Exchanges are deleted within a maximum of 30 days and can no longer be accessed afterwards, SESAR lets you save copies of your secure emails.
SESAR can be installed on a local server, which guarantees complete security and full isolation of your data. This installation, under your direct control, ensures that your information stays protected. Hosting of SESAR is also offered at an additional cost. Each organization only needs one SESAR licence to provide the service to all of its team members.
All the exchanges your organization sends to its counterparties through Secure Exchanges are synchronized in your SESAR. This ensures that all important communications are centralized and secured. SESAR keeps everything sent through your organization, whether attachments, messages or signed documents.
SESAR can be connected to your document management systems and to your CRM through webhooks, in order to automate various processes such as archiving or document classification. For example, an email exchange with a client can be saved directly in that client's file.
Thanks to the integration of SESAR with Azure AD, you can manage Secure Exchanges users and licences directly from the Azure AD platform. This integration simplifies access management and strengthens security.
If a document has already been saved in your SESAR, you can send the complete document back for signature. For example, if a client loses the document, you can easily send them the complete document to sign again. The procedure is described in How do I return a document for signature?
You can prioritize the signatories in a list. For example, if the second person on the list is on vacation, you can give priority to the third person, and so on, until it is the second person's turn again. The procedure is described in How do I manage the order of signatories or remove a signatory?
When one of your users sends an email through Secure Exchanges, SESAR is copied on the communication. It then receives a message encrypted with your 4096 bit private PKCS key. SESAR alone can decrypt the link it receives, and can therefore retrieve a copy of the message to save it.
SESAR is a complete solution to secure and efficiently manage your sensitive exchanges and documents. Whether you choose to install it locally or to use the hosting service, SESAR offers maximum flexibility and security, adapted to the needs of your organization.
