How do I buy my first license?

Purchase a Secure Exchanges license

All users within an organization must be grouped under a single account. The first person to purchase a license becomes the administrator of the management portal and can then manage licenses, add users, and so on. It's not necessary to equip the entire organization: you simply choose which users to cover and assign them different plans (Eco, Advanced, or Pro) according to their needs. Licenses can be purchased all at once or added gradually to the account from the management portal.

Step 1: Access the purchasing platform


Step 2: Choose your plan

Select the plan that best suits your needs. See the attached document below for more details on our plans.

Step 3: Finalize the purchase

Click on "Proceed to purchase", fill in your personal and company information.

In the " License Assignment" field, you have two choices:

  • To assign a license to yourself : select the license type (Eco, Advanced, or Pro). It will be assigned directly to your email address.

  • Do not assign yourself a license : choose " No license" .

Notes
All purchased licenses will be available in your account, ready to be assigned later.

Once all the information has been validated, confirm your purchase.

Step 4: Approve your domain

After purchase, log in to the online portal to approve your company's domain. This step is required before you can create users and assign them licenses. Validate your company's domain in the online portal. 🔗 See the procedure: Add a domain

Step 5: Create your users and assign licenses

After validating your domain, add your users to the online portal, then assign each user their corresponding license. 🔗 See the procedure: Adding new users

Step 6: Install and activate Secure Exchanges

Once your domain is approved and your users are created, you must install and activate the license on each of the relevant workstations. Follow the procedure specific to your email system ( Outlook Classic , Outlook New , Outlook Web , or Gmail ).
