How can I recover a secure email that has expired from Gmail?

To retrieve a secure email that has expired, you must click on "Logs" then "Get my logs":



The following window will appear on your screen:



You must select the emails you wish to retrieve and then click the "Retrieve messages" button.

A message confirming that your recovery request has been successfully sent will appear on your screen:


Subsequently, you will receive two emails on Gmail, the first containing the email you requested to be recovered and the second containing the recovery report:

Make sure your mobile number is correctly entered on your Secure Exchanges account so that you can receive the retrieved emails.
