How do I reset my Gmail license?
This article explains how to reset the Secure Exchanges licence associated with your Gmail account. The reset is done directly from the Secure Exchanges extension installed in your browser, in the same settings window as the other configuration options. For an Outlook account, the procedure is different and is covered in a separate article.

Prerequisites
- The Secure Exchanges extension is installed in your browser (Chrome or Edge) and your licence has already been activated: see How do I install and activate Secure Exchanges on Gmail?.
- Gmail is open in the browser where the extension is installed.
Step 1: Open the Secure Exchanges extension
In Gmail, click on the Secure Exchanges extension.
Step 2: Open the settings
Click on the "Settings" button.
Step 3: Reset the licence
Click on the "Reset my license" button.
