How do I get a document signed using Secure Exchanges on Gmail?

To have a document signed using Secure Exchanges on Gmail, you must upload it by clicking the "Attach files" button:



Next you need to click on "Get a signature".



If you also need to sign the document, you must check the box "I must sign the document(s)" then you must click on the signature area definition button so that you can draw them on the document to be signed:



You will then see a window on your screen displaying the document to be signed, on which you must define the fields to be signed:


Draw your signature areas and then click "Close".

You will be redirected to your Gmail email.

Next, you must click on "Send" and then on "Send with Secure Exchanges".
