How do I enable two-factor authentication?

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when logging into the online portal

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your Secure Exchanges account. By enabling this option, you will need to confirm your identity using a code received via SMS when logging into the online portal.

Here's how to activate it:

1. Log in to the online portal

Access your Secure Exchanges account.

2. Enable two-factor authentication

In the "Details about your license" section, check the box: "Enable 2FA authentication"

Alert
Make sure your mobile phone number is entered correctly with the area code, as the authentication code will be sent to you by SMS.

3. Save your changes

Click "Save" to activate protection immediately.
