How to customize the white label on the Secure Exchanges portal?

Customize my company's white label

The white label functionality allows you to customize the appearance and certain settings of secure communications sent by your organization, so that they accurately reflect your brand image.

Alert Essential prerequisites

To customize the white label of your account:

  • You must be an administrator of the company account .

  • Your company domain needs to be approved (How do I add my domain? )

  • You must have an approved subdomain or you must request a subdomain ( Step 1 of this article)

Info

Approval time
The subdomain is approved by the Secure Exchanges team within a maximum of 48 business hours .

Until this approval is completed, the white label customization options will not be saved.

Step 1 – Request a subdomain (required)

  1. Log in to your account via the Secure Exchanges online portal

  2. Click on " Options"

  3. Select " Business Management"

  4. In the "Subdomain" section, enter the desired subdomain and then click "Save." It will then change to a status pending approval by our team. You will receive an email confirmation once the subdomain is approved.

Info
The subdomain will be used in the opening links of secure messages, enhancing credibility and personalizing the user experience. No periods or commas will be accepted when entering the subdomain. A subdomain is an extension of an existing domain, in this case secure-exchanges.com, and is intended to represent your organization. For example, if your domain is mesfinances.com and your website is www.mesfinances.com, your subdomain could be mesfinances, which will generate the URL mesfinances.secure-exchanges.com when a secure message from your organization is opened.

Step 2 – Customize the appearance of secure communications

After the subdomain is approved, you will be able to customize:

Interface colors

  • HTML header color
Corresponds to the header bar displayed in secure emails.

  • Button colors, borders and text
    Applies to:

    • secure email preview

    • secure envelopes shared with your recipients

Company logo

  • Upload your company logo

  • Recommended format: transparent background

Custom header text

  • Edit the text displayed when opening a secure message

  • This text is visible to all your recipients.

Step 3 – Save the changes

  1. Click on "Save"

  2. The changes are applied immediately

Your secure communications will now reflect your company's visual identity .
