1. Email return option
This new button will allow you to resend a copy of the original email to the recipient, if for example the recipient has deleted the email or cannot find it in their inbox.
The original email will then become unavailable.
1. When you press the Resend Email button, you will see this window appear with the option to add a password to protect the new email.
Adding a password is not mandatory, but it is suggested for additional protection.
2. This window will then appear indicating that the email is being referenced.
When the reference request is initiated, a reference instruction will be sent by your
SESAR . SESAR will then retrieve the secure signed document and regenerate a link from it.
Note that
SESAR performs a check every minute.
It may take several minutes for the recipient to receive the email.
When the email is returned to the recipient, you will see the updated date and time next to the email for confirmation.
2. The Prioritize option
This button will give you the option to send the document for signature to a different recipient than the one intended when the email was sent.
For example: You need 4 signed signatures. Signatories 1 and 2 have signed. However, signatory 3 is on vacation, so you want signatory 4 to sign before signatory 3. You therefore decide to prioritize signatory 3, and once they have signed, the form will go to signatory 4.
After the priority user
signs , the order reverts to its original state, omitting the priority user.
