04-04-2025🔔 New: Signature tracking is now accessible to administrators and authorized users

We are pleased to announce a major improvement to the signature tracking functionality in Secure Exchanges.

✅ What's changing?

Until now, each user could only view the signatures they themselves had sent. Now, account administrators and users with assigned rights can access the signature tracking of other users within the same account.

Info
Signature tracking is available exclusively for users with a Pro license .

However, anyone with the necessary permissions to view the logs will also be able to access the signature tracking of Pro users only , even if they themselves do not have a Pro license.

👨‍💼 For account administrators

Administrators can now access the signature tracking for each user on the account by following these simple steps:

  1. Log in to the Secure Exchanges online portal. ( How do I log in to my account on the Secure Exchanges online portal? )

  2. In the Options menu, select User Management .

  3. Locate the relevant user in the list.

  4. Click on the following icon:

This will open the signature tracking page for that user.

👥 For authorized standard users

Some standard users may also gain the right to view the signature tracking of other users (standard or administrators), provided that the account administrator grants them these specific permissions .

To do this:
  1. Create a group of roles and permissions in the portal.
Can I configure the access options for my technicians?

  2. Assign the following permission(s):

  • Standard user tracking only :

  • Administrator tracking:

These users will then see the same consultation button appear in the User Management section, just like an administrator.

🔁 Features available in the tracking

Administrators and authorized users will have access to all the usual signature tracking features :

  • View the status of signatures (completed, pending, expired).

  • Send a signature reminder , on behalf of the original user.

  • Return the document to be signed (requires a SESAR license).

🎯 This new feature aims to improve transparency, collaboration and centralized management of electronic signature flows in your organization.
