2023-02 : Update - New features for tracking signatures

To have access to these features, you must hold a pro license and SESAR
* To purchase a SESAR license head here.
** The minimum version of SESAR 23.01.0706 is required to use these features. You can download and install the latest version of SESAR here.

*** Both of these options can be found in your account on the online portal under the Signature Tracking tab.

1. Email Return Option

This new button will allow you to return a copy of the original email to the recipient, if the recipient has deleted the email or doesn't find it in their inbox, for example.
The original email will then become unavailable

1. When you press the Resend Email button, you will see this window appear with the option to add a password to protect the new email.

Adding a password is not mandatory, it's suggested for additional protection.


 

2. This window will then appear indicating that the email is being referred.




When the referral request is initiated, a referral instruction will be sent by your SESAR. SESAR will then retrieve the secured signed document and regenerate a link from it .

Note that SESAR performs a check every minute
It may take several minutes before the recipient receive the email


When the email is returned to the recipient, you will see the date and time updated beside the email for confirmation.


2. The Prioritize option


This button will give you the option to send the document to be signed to another recipient who was not the one scheduled when the email was sent. 

For example:  You must have 4 signatories signed.  Signatories 1 and 2 have signed. However, signatory 3 is on vacation, so you want to have signatory 4 signed before signatory 3. So you decide to prioritize signatory 3 and, once he has signed, the form will go to signatory 4.

After the prioritized user is signed the document, the order returns as originally established by omitting the prioritized user.
