How can I track the status of my documents sent for signature?
The signature tracking feature is only available to users with a Pro license .
It allows you to view the status of your signature requests, identify pending actions and send reminders to signatories.
1. Access signature tracking
- Log in to your account on the online portal.
- Click on the "Signature Tracking" button.

This page displays all signature requests made from your account.
2. Filter the signatures
You can filter your search using two parameters:

- Date range *Select the period for which you want to display your signature requests.
- Signature status *A drop-down list allows you to choose from the following statuses.
- Completed *All signatories have signed the document.
- In progress *The signatory(ies) have not yet completed the signature.
- Expired *The request has expired
3. View pending signatures
To display only requests that are not yet completed:
- Choose the "In progress" status
- Select your date range
- Click on Search
The list of documents still pending will appear.
4. Send a signature reminder
If a signer has not completed the signature, you can send them a reminder directly from this interface.
To send a reminder:
- Select the signature request from the list
- Click on Send a reminder

A window appears:
- You can add a custom message
- You can choose the language of communication for the reminder.
- When you are finished, click Submit.

5. What the signatory receives
The signatory receives an email reminding them that a document is awaiting their signature.
