Track documents sent for signature
The signature tracking feature is available only for users with a Pro license.
It allows you to view the status of your signature requests, identify pending actions, and send reminders to signers.
1. Access signature tracking
This page displays all signature requests sent from your account.
2. Filter signature requests
You can filter your search using two parameters:

3. View pending signatures
To display only requests that are not yet completed:
Select the “In progress” status
Choose your date range
Click Search
The list of documents still awaiting signature will appear.
4. Send a signature reminder
If a signer has not completed the signature, you can send them a reminder directly from this interface.
To send a reminder:
Select the signature request from the list
Click "Send reminder"

A window will appear where you can:
Add a personalized message
Choose the communication language for the reminder
When finished, click Send.

5. What the signer receives
The signer receives an email reminding them that a document is waiting for their signature.
