How can I track documents I’ve sent for signature?

The signature tracking feature is available only for users with a Pro license.

It allows you to view the status of your signature requests, identify pending actions, and send reminders to signers.

1. Access signature tracking

  • Log in to your account via the online portal.

  • Click the “Signature tracking” button.


This page displays all signature requests sent from your account.

2. Filter signature requests

You can filter your search using two parameters:

  • Date range
    Select the period for which you want to display your signature requests.

  • Signature status
    A dropdown list allows you to choose from the following statuses:

    • Completed – All signers have signed the document.

    • In progress – One or more signers have not yet completed the signature.

    • Expired – The signature request has expired.

3. View pending signatures

To display only requests that are not yet completed:

  1. Select the “In progress” status

  2. Choose your date range

  3. Click Search

The list of documents still awaiting signature will appear.

4. Send a signature reminder

If a signer has not completed the signature, you can send them a reminder directly from this interface.

To send a reminder:

  1. Select the signature request from the list

  2. Click "Send reminder"


A window will appear where you can:

  • Add a personalized message

  • Choose the communication language for the reminder

  • When finished, click Send.


5. What the signer receives

The signer receives an email reminding them that a document is waiting for their signature.
