Step 2: Enter your information

1. Enter your email address.
   
2. Complete the anti-robot (captcha) code displayed. *If the numbers are not readable, click the blue button to generate a new one.
   

Important note:
The system does not confirm whether the captcha was successful. If it is valid, you will receive a login email.
If no email is received, carefully complete the captcha again.

Step 3: Open the login email

1. You will receive a message containing a link titled: “Use Secure Exchanges online.”
   
2. Click the link to access the portal.
   

Important: The link must be opened in the same browser that was used to enter your information.
Using a different browser will result in an access error.

Common login issues

“Access validation in progress… Access denied. Error 2.” *This occurs when the link is opened in a different browser than the one used to log in.

1. Example: You submit the request in Google Chrome, but your email opens in Microsoft Edge. In this case, automatic validation fails.
   
2. Solution: Open the link in the same browser used to complete the captcha.
   

You are asked to log in again after clicking the link *This also happens when the access link opens in a different browser than the one used to complete the captcha.

1. Example: You request the login in Chrome, but your email application opens the link in Edge. Since the two browsers do not share the same session, Secure Exchanges cannot validate the authentication token.
   
2. Solution: Open the email link in the same browser used to submit the login request.
