Secure Exchanges has been deployed on Outlook Web, but I don't see it in my applications. What should I do?
Sometimes Secure Exchanges is not automatically added to the list of applications in Outlook Web, even after it has been deployed to your organization. If this happens to you, you can add it manually.
Step 1: Sign in to Outlook Web
Sign in to your Outlook Web account.
Step 2: Open the applications list
Click on the applications icon and select "Add app".
Step 3: Open "Built for your organization"
Click on "Built for your organization" and select Secure Exchanges.
Step 4: Add Secure Exchanges
Click on "Add".
Note: Secure Exchanges will then be added to your list of Outlook Web applications.
Step 5: Activate your licence
Once Secure Exchanges has been added to your applications, you need to activate your licence before you can use it. The procedure is described in How do I activate my licence in Outlook Web?.
