Secure Exchanges has been deployed on Outlook Web, but I don't see it in my applications. What should I do?
Sometimes, Secure Exchanges isn't automatically added to the list of applications in Outlook Web, even after it's deployed to your organization. If Secure Exchanges doesn't appear in your applications, you can add it manually by following the steps below.
How to add Secure Exchanges to your Outlook Web applications
Sign in to your Outlook Web account.
Click on the applications icon and select "Add app".

Click on "Built for your organization" and select Secure Exchanges

Click on "Add".

Secure Exchanges will then be added to your list of Outlook Web applications.
Next step: activate your license
Once Secure Exchanges is added to your applications, you will need to activate your license in order to use it.
