What are the Secure Exchanges configuration settings on Outlook Web?
Various Secure Exchange settings can be easily configured in Outlook Web. To access these settings, simply go to the Secure Exchange settings directly from Outlook Web.
Here are the steps to follow:
1. Create a new message so that the Secure Exchanges window appears on the right side of your screen.
1.1. Select "Settings".
You will then find several configurable options:
Message settings: In this section, you can customize the sending and receiving settings for your secure emails. This includes the interface and communication language, as well as default security options. These settings can be adjusted for each email via a pop-up window when sending.
Opening options: Here, you can define the maximum number of openings allowed and the validity period for your secure envelopes and messages. You can also choose to receive notifications when a message is read, for optimal monitoring of your communications.
