How do I activate my license in Outlook Web?
This article explains how to activate your Secure Exchanges licence in Outlook Web, so that you can start sending messages and files securely.
Prerequisites
Before you start, make sure the following condition is met:
- An administrator has already deployed Secure Exchanges in your organization. If that is not the case, see Install Secure Exchanges on Outlook Web first.
Step 1: Access Outlook Web
Sign in to Outlook Web, then click New Message to open a compose window.
Step 2: Open the applications
Click the "Apps" icon (grid) in Outlook Web.
Step 3: Open Secure Exchanges
From the list of apps, select Secure Exchanges.
Warning: If the Secure Exchanges icon does not appear, follow the instructions in Beta version: How to add Secure Exchanges to my Outlook Web applications. to add the application.
Step 4: Activate the licence
Click "Activate my license".
