How do I activate my shared mailbox license in Outlook Web?

Activate your shared mailbox license in Outlook Web

Organizational prerequisites

Before activation:
Verify that an administrator has successfully deployed Secure Exchanges in your organization.
If this is not the case, follow the appropriate deployment procedure before proceeding.

License activation steps

1. Access Outlook Web

Sign in to Outlook Web, then click New Message to open a compose window.



2. Open the applications
Click the "Apps" icon (grid) in Outlook Web.
  
3. Open Secure Exchanges

From the list of apps, select Secure Exchanges.

AlertIf the Secure Exchanges icon does not appear, follow the instructions mentioned here to add the application .

4. Select the email address

Choose the email address or shared mailbox you wish to activate.

If the address selection field does not appear:

  • Go to " Options"

  • Check "Show the "From" field"

5. Activate the license
  • Click on " Activate my license"
