How do I activate my license for a shared mailbox in Outlook Web?
Organizational prerequisites
Before activation:
Verify that an administrator has successfully deployed Secure Exchanges in your organization.
If this is not the case, follow the appropriate deployment procedure before proceeding.
License activation steps
1. Access Outlook Web
Sign in to Outlook Web, then click New Message to open a compose window.
2. Open the applications
Click the "Apps" icon (grid) in Outlook Web.
3. Open Secure Exchanges
From the list of apps, select Secure Exchanges.
4. Select the email address
Choose the email address or shared mailbox you wish to activate.
