Beta Version: How to track message sending with Secure Exchanges in Outlook Web?

How do I track secure messages in Outlook Web using the Secure Exchanges notification window?

To monitor the status of messages sent with Secure Exchanges in Outlook Web, you can use the Secure Exchanges notification window. It lets you confirm that a message was sent successfully and quickly detect any transmission issue.

Step 1: Open the Outlook Web application list

Open an email in reading mode in Outlook Web (by clicking any message received in your inbox), then click the applications icon (grid) at the top of the interface.

Step 2: Open and pin the Secure Exchanges notification window

From the list of available applications, select Secure Exchanges. The Secure Exchanges notification window will open. To keep it visible at all times in Outlook Web, click the pin icon.

Once the notification window is pinned, every secure message sent with Secure Exchanges appears automatically in this window. You can then track the "sending status" of your messages in real time.

Note: The notification window also offers shortcuts to the "Secure Exchanges logs" and the "settings", so you can review the detailed sending history and adjust your preferences if needed.

Using the notification window gives you ongoing visibility over your secure communications and lets you react quickly if a problem occurs.

Troubleshooting

If an error occurs while a message is being sent, it is displayed in the notification window.
