Secure Exchanges Message Tracking in Outlook Web – Secure Exchanges Notifications Window
To track the status of messages sent with Secure Exchanges in Outlook Web, you can use the Secure Exchanges notifications window . This allows you to confirm that the message has been successfully received and to quickly identify any sending errors.
Procedure
- Open an email in read-only mode in Outlook Web (by clicking on any message received in your inbox), then click on the applications (grid) icon located at the top of the interface, as shown below.

- From the list of available applications, select Secure Exchanges. The Secure Exchanges notifications window will open. To keep it permanently visible in Outlook Web, click the pin icon to pin it.


Once the notification window is pinned, every secure message sent with Secure Exchanges will automatically appear in this window. This allows you to track the sending status of your messages in real time.

Important Notes
If an error occurs when sending a message, it will be displayed in the notification window.
This window also provides shortcuts to Secure Exchanges logs and settings , allowing you to view detailed sending history and adjust your preferences as needed.

Using the notification window allows you to maintain constant visibility over your secure communications and to react quickly in case of a problem.
