How do I track secure messages in Outlook Web using the Secure Exchanges notification window?

To track the status of messages sent with Secure Exchanges in Outlook Web, you can use the Secure Exchanges notifications window . This allows you to confirm that the message has been successfully received and to quickly identify any sending errors.

Procedure

1. Open an email in read-only mode in Outlook Web (by clicking on any message received in your inbox), then click on the applications (grid) icon located at the top of the interface, as shown below.
   
   
   
2. From the list of available applications, select Secure Exchanges. The Secure Exchanges notifications window will open. To keep it permanently visible in Outlook Web, click the pin icon to pin it.
   
   
   
   
   

Once the notification window is pinned, every secure message sent with Secure Exchanges will automatically appear in this window. This allows you to track the sending status of your messages in real time.

Important Notes

• If an error occurs when sending a message, it will be displayed in the notification window.
