How do I resend a document for signature to my recipient?
To resend a document for signature to a recipient who has lost or deleted the original email, you must have:
- a Pro license
- a SESAR license
- SESAR version 23.01.0706 or later
This function can be found in the online portal, under "Signature Tracking".
1. Return a document to be signed
The " Resend email" button allows you to generate a new signature link from the copy of the document archived in your SESAR.

This function is useful if:
- the signatory deleted their email
- He claims not to have received it
- The original link has expired.
Functioning
When you click on " Resend email" , a window opens with the option to add a " password" (optional but recommended).
Your SESAR receives an instruction and retrieves the signed document or the document in the process of being signed.
SESAR recreates a new secure link and automatically sends it to the recipient.

Important notes:
The original email is no longer available : only the new link will be valid.
SESAR checks requests every minute : sending may take a few minutes.
The date and time of the return are displayed in the tracking for confirmation.
