Migrate domain without losing my license
When your organization changes its email domain, certain steps must be followed to ensure a smooth transition and maintain uninterrupted access to Secure Exchanges.
Here is the complete procedure to follow:
Step 1: Approve the new domain
Before making any changes, you must first have your new domain approved in your Secure Exchanges portal. This step is essential to initiate the migration.
Step 2: Fill out the domain change file
Download the Excel file titled "Domain Change - Fillable List.csv" located at the bottom of this page. Fill it in with the email addresses of users who wish to keep their event logs and who are changing domains.
Important note
Step 3: Notify the Secure Exchanges team
Send the completed file to support@secure-exchanges.com , informing us of your intention to change your domain. Our team will then update your organization.
Important — Temporary interruption if not reported As soon as your employees start using the new domain, it is essential to notify us immediately .
Until we are notified and the update is completed, Secure Exchanges will cease to function for addresses in the new domain.
Rapid notification ensures a seamless transition without loss of access.
