How do I access my journal from Outlook Web?

The Secure Exchanges logs in Outlook Web allow you to view activity related to sent emails: sending, opening, downloading, signing, and other actions associated with your secure messages. This feature is accessible directly from the Secure Exchanges plug-in in Outlook Web.

Access Secure Exchanges logs

  1. In Outlook Web, click "New Message" to open the compose window.
  2. Next, open the Secure Exchanges application.


  3. Click on the "Logs" option.


  4. In the "Log Retrieval" window :
    • Select the start date ;

    • Select the end date corresponding to the period you wish to view.

  5. Click on "Get my logs"

Explanation of the columns

Description
R If you have a SESAR license, this column allows you to retrieve a message sent via Secure Exchanges. To do so, simply check the box corresponding to the message you wish to retrieve, and then click the "Retrieve" button.
Date Date the secure message was sent.
Latest activity Date and time of the last action performed by the recipient (opening the message, replying, etc.)
Subject Subject of the message sent.
Status Indicates whether the message is Open, Unread, Expired, Deleted, etc.
RECIPIENT Recipient's email address.
Number of files This column indicates the number of files included in the message.
Activities This column indicates the number of activities on the message.
Kind Type of sending (message, reply).
DELETE Revoke access to a message.
