Secure Exchanges not only allows you to securely send sensitive information, but also to securely retrieve confidential documents or data from your recipients (documents, passwords, payment information, etc.). This retrieval is done using a secure envelope , which you send to the recipient so they can deposit the requested information in an encrypted environment.
Procedure for sending a secure envelope
1. Create a new message
In Outlook Web, click " New message ." The Secure Exchanges window will automatically appear on the right side of the screen.
2. Select the envelope type
In the Secure Exchanges menu:
Choose Envelopes in French or Envelopes in English
Select the appropriate envelope type, for example:
Document envelope
Credit card envelope
This envelope will determine the type of information the recipient can transmit.
3. Send the message
Once the envelope has been selected and the message completed, click Send .
The recipient will receive an email containing a secure link allowing them to submit the requested information.
Here is what the recipient will receive:
When the recipient clicks the "Confidential documents vault" button in the email you sent via Secure Exchanges, they are redirected to a secure environment provided by Secure Exchanges.

Here's how he can submit his confidential information:
Document Upload: The recipient can then drag and drop their files or click the "Attach" button to add documents or photos from their computer or mobile device.

File Size: It is possible to upload files up to the limit allowed by the sender's license, thus ensuring the ability to share large documents.
Private Communication: There is a space to write a private message that will accompany the documents sent, allowing contextual communication around the confidential information shared.

Secure Sending: After attaching the files and writing a message if necessary, the recipient can securely send the documents by clicking "Send". The transmission is encrypted, ensuring that confidential information remains protected throughout the process.

The sender: When your recipient has placed confidential documents in the envelope and clicked "Send," here is what you, as the sender, will receive:
Receipt Notification: You will receive an email from Secure Exchanges indicating that confidential documents have been deposited.
Access to Documents: Click on "Read the message" to download or view the confidential information you requested.
Confidentiality and Destruction: The exchanged information will be automatically destroyed after the attachment retrieval window is closed.
