The table provides key metrics, including:

  • Number of messages sent

  • Total size of files sent

  • Number of signed files

  • Open and signature ratios

Enable “Show legend” to display or hide the legend for improved readability.

6. Messages sent

The first chart displays the total number of messages sent, with or without attachments.

7. Number of files sent

The second chart shows the total number of files sent by each user.

8. Total file size

The third chart displays the total size of files exchanged.

Important notes

  • Default date range
The date range is set to one month by default to simplify initial analysis.

  • SESAR data
When analyzing SESAR data, it is recommended to select only one user at a time, as combining users may affect chart readability.

  • Data export
Data can be exported in CSV, Excel, PDF, or printed.
Exported files include legend titles only; table icons are not included.

This feature provides administrators with a clear, comprehensive view of Secure Exchanges usage, enabling better oversight, optimization, and decision-making within the organization.
