Remove a license from your Secure Exchanges account

To follow this procedure, you must first log in to the Secure Exchanges online portal. How to log in to your Secure Exchanges online portal account


Step 1 – Unassign the License from a User (if applicable)

Before a license can be removed from your account, it must not be assigned to any user.

  1. Go to Options → User Management

  2. Locate the user currently assigned to the license

  3. Click the license management icon next to the user

  4. Select “Remove license”


Step 2 – Remove the License from the Account

  1. Go to Options → License and Purchase Management

  2. Scroll down to the Available Licenses summary at the bottom of the page

  3. Click on the number of available licenses for the license type you want to remove

  4. A management window will appear

  5. Click “Change the quantity of this license”

  6. Enter the number of licenses you wish to remove

  7. Click “Remove licenses” to confirm
