How to Change Your Secure Exchanges License Type

Downgrade to a lower-tier license

You can change your Secure Exchanges license type at any time. However, the procedure varies depending on the direction of the change:

  • To a higher-tier plan (Eco → Advanced → Pro): this is an upgrade

  • To a lower-tier plan (Pro → Advanced → Eco): this is a downgrade (procedure described below)

Notes
To perform an upgrade, refer to the article: License Upgrade (Upgrade)

Warning
Changing your plan does not automatically remove the previous license. As long as it is not deleted from the license pool, the license remains visible under available licenses in your account and continues to be billable, even if it is no longer assigned to a user.

To avoid unnecessary charges, make sure to complete the entire procedure below. Licenses that remain in the account stay billable and are not eligible for a refund.

Step 1 – Log in to the Secure Exchanges Online Portal

  1. Go to the Secure Exchanges online portal.

  2. Log in.

  3. Once logged in, open the main menu.

  4. Click "Management of licenses and Purchases".
