If, in the Secure Exchanges tab, "About" section, you see the message: "Your license is not initialized," this means that your license has been deactivated or has never been activated on this workstation.
Here is the complete procedure to activate your license.
- You will see a new Secure Exchanges tab in the Outlook ribbon. Open it.
- Click on "Get my license back"
- Complete the captcha and click "Send"
You will receive an activation link by email.
- When you open the activation email, you will see a message asking you to confirm activation on this device; select "Yes".
To verify that the activation was successful, return to the Secure Exchanges tab. Your license status should now display "Enabled".
