How do I activate an uninitialized license in Outlook?
When you are in the Secure Exchanges tab, you see in the "About" section: Your license is not initialized 
1) Since the license has been deactivated or was never activated, you must press "Retrieve my license" in the "License" section.
2) Next, you will need to enter the captcha numbers in the indicated window.
3) Next, a "pop-up" will inform you that an activation email has been sent to you.
4) When you tap on the email, a window will open asking if you want to enable Secure Exchanges on your device. Tap "Yes".
5) Finally, a "pop-up" will appear indicating that your license is activated and you will see your active license in the Secure Exchanges tab.
