How do I reset my Outlook license?

If you need to reset your license, here is the complete procedure to follow in Outlook.

  1. In Outlook, open the Secure Exchanges ribbon.
  2. Next, click on the " Settings" button.
  3. In the " Login details" section, click on "Reset License".

This action deactivates the license currently associated with your workstation. You can then reactivate your license by following the steps below:

  1. You will see a new Secure Exchanges tab in the Outlook ribbon. Open it.


  2. Click on "Get my license back"

  3. Complete the captcha and click "Send"
