I installed Secure Exchanges for Outlook, but my license remains inactive.

If you install the Secure Exchanges extension for Outlook and notice that Secure Exchanges is not enabled when you open your mailbox, you have two options to resolve this issue.



1. Verification of the validity of the license:
    • Press the button marked "inactive" in the Microsoft Outlook ribbon under the Secure Exchanges tab.
    • If your license is in order, the inactive button will change to active mode, indicating that Secure Exchanges is now enabled.




2. License retrieval:


By following these simple steps, you should quickly resolve any activation issues and take full advantage of the secure features of Secure Exchanges in Outlook.
