How do I use the PDF form editor?

Secure Exchanges' PDF form editor lets you add interactive fields (signature, initials, date, text, etc.) directly to any PDF document , even if it originally contained no fields. No more need for external software to prepare your documents before sending.

Step-by-step procedure

1. Log in to the online portal

Go to the Secure Exchanges online portal and log in to your account.

2. Access the PDF editor

Once logged in, click on the Options tab, then select the PDF Editor page.


3. Upload your document

Click the upload button or use drag and drop and select the PDF document for which you want to create fields.

4. Draw your fields on the document

Once the document is displayed on the screen, draw your fields directly in the desired locations. You can add, in particular:

  • signature and initials fields,
  • date fields,
  • text boxes,
  • drop-down lists or options,
  • and more.

5. Download the modified PDF

Once all your fields are in place, click the "Download PDF" button in the top right corner of your screen to retrieve your PDF with the fields integrated. Your document is now ready to be sent for signature via Secure Exchanges.
