How do I use the PDF form editor?

The Secure Exchanges PDF form editor allows you to add interactive fields (signature, initials, date, text) directly to any PDF document, without requiring external software.

Step 1: Log in to the portal

Log in to the online portal. For the procedure, see Log in to the Secure Exchanges online portal.

Step 2: Access the PDF editor

After logging in, select the Options tab and navigate to the PDF Editor page.

Step 3: Upload your document

Use the upload button or drag-and-drop functionality to select your PDF document.

Step 4: Draw your fields

Create interactive elements directly on the document, including:

  • signature and initials fields
  • date fields
  • text boxes
  • drop-down lists or options
  • additional field types

Step 5: Download the modified PDF

Click the download button in the top right corner to retrieve your completed PDF.
