Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when logging in to the online portal
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your Secure Exchanges account. When enabled, you will be required to confirm your identity using a code sent by SMS when logging in to the online portal.
How to enable 2FA
Log in to the online portal
Access your Secure Exchanges account.
Enable two-factor authentication
In the License details section, check the box: “Enable 2FA authentication.”

Make sure your mobile phone number is entered correctly, including the country code, as the authentication code will be sent by SMS.
Save your changes
Click “Save” to activate the protection immediately.
