How to Assign a Licence to a User in Secure Exchanges

Assign a license to a user

1. Provision your account

Before assigning a licence, make sure your account has the necessary licences available. You must first purchase and add licences to your account.

  • Log in to your Secure Exchanges online portal.

  • Purchase a new licence through the “Licence and Purchase Management” section.

2. Assign a licence to a user

Once your account has been provisioned with available licences:

Access User Management

Go to Options > Management of users

Select the user

Locate the email address of the user to whom you wish to assign a licence.

Assign the licence

Click the “Manage Licence” button next to the user’s email.


Using the drop-down list, select the licence you want to assign.


The licence will then be successfully associated with this user.

If you do not see the desired licence, verify that your account still has available licences in the licence table, located in the Licence and Purchase Management section of the online portal.
