1. Uninstall Secure Exchanges on Outlook (desktop - Windows)

1. Open the control panel

   • Click the Windows "Start" button, then search for and select Control Panel.
     
     

2. Access program management

   • In the control panel, select "Programs", then "Uninstall a program".
     
     

3. Search Secure Exchanges

   • In the list of installed programs, find Secure Exchanges.
     
     

4. Uninstall Secure Exchanges

   • Right-click on the two files shown in the image above, and then select Uninstall.
     
     

2. Uninstall Secure Exchanges on Gmail

To uninstall Secure Exchanges from Gmail, right-click the Secure Exchanges extension installed in Chrome or Microsoft Edge. You will see the option "Remove from Chrome" or "Remove from Microsoft Edge." Click it, and Secure Exchanges will be uninstalled.

3. Uninstall Secure Exchanges on Outlook Web or New Outlook

To remove Secure Exchanges on Outlook Web or New Outlook, you must go through the Microsoft Admin Portal.

The removal process can take up to 24 hours.

1. Log in to the administrator portal

   • Access https://admin.microsoft.com/ with an administrator account.

2. Manage applications

   • In the left menu, click on Settings, then Built-in applications.

3. Uninstall Secure Exchanges

   • Find Secure Exchanges in the list of installed applications.
   • Select Delete and confirm the operation.

4. Wait for the changes to spread

   • The deletion may take up to 24 hours to become effective across all accounts.
