How do I perform IP Sync with SESAR?

The SESAR service retrieves your Secure Exchanges messages from a server whose IP address must be authorized beforehand. To enable a specific IP address to connect and retrieve SESAR messages, you must request it from Secure Exchanges.

Step 1: Have your server's IP address authorized

  1. Contact your liaison agent at Secure Exchanges.
  2. Provide the IP address of your server.
  3. The support team then adds that IP address to your SESAR service.
  4. You receive a confirmation email once the change has been made.
Note: Only your server's IP address can query Secure Exchanges to retrieve SESAR messages.
Warning: If the IP address changes, synchronization will become impossible.
