The SESAR service retrieves your Secure Exchanges messages from a server whose IP address must be authorized beforehand. To enable a specific IP address to connect and retrieve SESAR messages, you must request it from Secure Exchanges.
Step 1: Have your server's IP address authorized
- Contact your liaison agent at Secure Exchanges.
- Provide the IP address of your server.
- The support team then adds that IP address to your SESAR service.
- You receive a confirmation email once the change has been made.
Note: Only your server's IP address can query Secure Exchanges to retrieve SESAR messages.
Warning: If the IP address changes, synchronization will become impossible.
