The following article will guide you through the SESAR journal search process.
This feature is exclusive to account administrators holding a SESAR license.
Go to the Secure Exchanges online portal and log in.
2. Access the "User Management" page:
Once logged in, navigate to the options section and then go to the "User Management" page.
3. Search by date range:
Select the date range for which you want to retrieve the logs. This feature allows you to filter activities recorded within a specific period. Once you have chosen the dates, click on "Get Logs" in the SESAR service section.
3. Additional filters:
Once you have clicked on "Get Logs", you will be able to use the filter fields by email address or by subject to further refine your search.
Exploring the columns of SESAR newspapers:
Once the journals are displayed, here is an explanation of the different columns visible in the table:
- Date: Indicates the date on which each email or secure file was sent.
- Last activity: Shows the last interaction with the message, for example, opening the email or downloading a file.
- Status: Indicates the status of the email or secure file, such as "Retrieved", "Destroyed", or "Unread".
- Subject: The subject of the email sent. This allows you to quickly find the logs associated with a specific email based on its subject.
- Sender: Displays the email address of the person who initiated the sending.
- Recipient: Indicates the email addresses or telephone numbers of the recipients of the secure email or SMS.
- SMS: Indicates if the message is protected by an SMS code; if so, the mobile number will be indicated.
- Files: Indicates the number of files attached to the message.
- Opens: Indicates how many times the email or secure file has been opened.
- Activities: Summarizes major interactions with the message, such as opening or downloading files.
- Type : Specifies whether it is an email sent, a request for a signature, or a return of an envelope.
The type will be identified by four types of icons.

= File received, completed and signed

= A return of the envelope
- Delete: allows you to destroy a sent email.
Additional information will also be provided if you click on one of the records. On this page, you will find information about the list of exchanged files, such as the file name, file status (read, unread), size, and the number of times it has been opened. You will also find information about message activity and the IP address associated with that activity.

SESAR synchronization folder structure
When you access the SESAR server, in the synchronization folder, you will find two main folders:
Sent : This folder contains all emails sent via SESAR. They are sorted by:
- The license holder's email address
- The date of sending
- The subject of the email
- The associated files and messages
Received : This folder contains all the returned envelopes you have received. It is structured in the same way as the Sent folder with similar information: license holder, date, subject, and files.
