How do I enable or disable open receipts in Outlook?
Read receipts allow you to receive a notification when a recipient opens one of your secure emails. You can choose to enable or disable this option at any time.
Steps to follow
Open Outlook and select the Secure Exchanges tab in the top ribbon.
Click on Settings .
In the window that appears, look for the " Message settings" section.

Check or uncheck the option according to your preference:
Click on "Save settings" to apply your changes.
The changes will take effect immediately for all your future emails sent from Outlook.
