How do I delete an email sent via Secure Exchanges from Outlook?

Did you send a secure message by mistake, or do you want to block access to it before the recipient views it? With Secure Exchanges, you can prevent a message from being read until it has been opened.

This method allows you to immediately invalidate access to the secure message.

Steps to follow:

  1. Open Secure Exchanges

  2. Access your sending logs (Opening History) .

  3. Locate the relevant email.

  4. Double-click on the message.

  5. A confirmation window will appear.

  6. Click "Yes" to prevent the recipient from reading.

The message then becomes inaccessible via the secure link.
