Can I temporarily disable Secure Exchanges on Outlook?
Yes, it is perfectly possible to temporarily disable Secure Exchanges in Outlook. By default, Secure Exchanges displays a pop-up window when sending an email, allowing you to choose security options. If you no longer wish to see this window every time you send an email, you can easily disable it by simply clicking on the Secure Exchanges status.
1. In Outlook, open the Secure Exchanges ribbon.
2. Click the "Active" button to deactivate it.
*Secure Exchanges will then be deactivated and the pop-up window will no longer appear when sending your emails.

If you perform this action while composing an email , Secure Exchanges will be disabled only for that message . If you want to disable Secure Exchanges by default, make sure you are in your inbox and not in email composition mode before clicking the On/Off button in the Outlook ribbon.
Reactivate Secure Exchanges as needed
When you want to send a confidential email, you can reactivate Secure Exchanges directly from the email you are writing, by clicking on the "Inactive" status; it will then be active only for that sending.
