How do I retrieve a secure email sent from Outlook?
To retrieve a secure email that has expired, you need to check your logs from the Secure Exchanges settings on the Outlook ribbon.
Next, you must follow these steps:
1. Select the desired search dates.
2. Check the email you wish to retrieve
3. Click the Recover button
4. Click OK when the confirmation window appears on your screen
