How do I retrieve a secure email sent from Outlook?
To retrieve a secure email that has expired, you need to check your logs from the Secure Exchanges settings on the Outlook ribbon.
Next, you must follow these steps:
1. Select the desired search dates.
2. Check the email you wish to retrieve
3. Click the Recover button
4. Click OK when the confirmation window appears on your screen
You will receive two emails in your Outlook inbox: the first containing the email you requested to be retrieved, and the second containing a report of your retrieval request.
Note: To use this feature, you must have a SESAR license.
