How do I purchase my first license?

Purchase a Secure Exchanges license

All users within the same organization must be grouped under a single account. The first person to purchase a license becomes the administrator of the management portal and can then manage licenses, add users, etc. It is not necessary to equip the entire organization: you simply choose which users to cover and can assign them different plans (Eco, Advanced, or Pro) based on their needs. Licenses can be purchased all at once or added progressively to the account through the management portal.

Step 3: Complete the purchase

Click “Proceed to purchase”, then enter your personal and company information.
In the “License assignment” field, you have two options:

  1. Assign a license to yourself: select the license type (Eco, Advanced, or Pro). It will be assigned directly to your email address.
  2. Do not assign yourself a license: choose “No license.”

NotesAll purchased licenses will be available in your account, ready to be assigned later.

Once all information is validated, confirm your purchase.

Step 4: Approve your domain

After purchase, log in to the online portal to approve your company’s domain. This step is required before you can create users and assign licenses.

Step 5: Create users and assign licenses

Once your domain is approved, add your users in the online portal and assign the appropriate license to each user. 🔗 See the procedure: Add new users 

Step 6: Install and activate Secure Exchanges

After your domain is approved and your users are created, install and activate the license on each relevant workstation. Follow the procedure adapted to your email system (Outlook Classic, Outlook New, Outlook Web, or Gmail).
