Add and verify a domain

To use Secure Exchanges with your email domain, the domain must first be approved. This step confirms that you are the rightful owner of the domain.


Step 1 – Log in to the online portal

Log in to your account via the Secure Exchanges online portal.


Step 2 – Access domain management

  1. Click “Options”

  2. Select “Manage your domains”


Step 3 – Search for your domain

Enter your domain name in the validation field.

At the bottom of the page, your domain will appear with the status “Pending approval”. You must complete the remaining steps to approve it.


Step 4 – Start the domain approval process

  1. Click the yellow checkmark icon to begin the approval process.


  2. This will display all the information required for Step 5.


Step 5 – Create the DNS (TXT) record

To confirm that you are the domain owner:

  • Create a TXT DNS record in your domain’s DNS management console

  • Copy exactly the information provided in Secure Exchanges

  • Save the changes


Step 6 – Verify the DNS record

Once the TXT record has been created:

  1. Return to the Secure Exchanges portal

  2. Click “Verify my DNS record”

Info⏳ After creating the DNS record, validation may take up to 24 hours due to DNS propagation delays.
If verification fails, wait a few hours and try again.
