My Secure Exchanges tab is no longer present in my Outlook ribbon.

If your Secure Exchanges tab is no longer present in your Outlook ribbon but was previously :


Please follow these steps :

1. Go to Outlook, under File / Account Information / Manage COM Add-ins.


2. If the OSecureExchanges files is there, check if the Secure Exchanges WatchDog is started in you navigation bar : 


3. If you do not see the Secure Exchanges logo as above, press the Windows + R keys on your keyboard and copy this path : %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\SecureExchanges

4. Go to the file named SEWD
If you do not have this file, please contact the support team at support@secure-exchanges.com.


5. Double-click on the WatchDog to start it

6. You should now see the Secure Exchanges WatchDog in you navigation bar. You can now restart Outlook and the Secure Exchanges tab should have reappeared.
