I use Secure Exchanges with the same email address on two different machines; how can I avoid having to reactivate my license every time I use it?
To avoid having to activate your license on your devices every time you use them, you need to configure your Profile ID on Outlook.
This setting allows a user, who uses Secure Exchanges on two different machines with the same email and whose license is reset on each use (due to a particular configuration at the client's), to uniquely identify each machine.
This parameter must be different on the two machines in question. It can be empty on one machine and have a name on the other. The parameter must be a string that identifies the machine being used.
You choose the identification for each device. Ex (office workstation, home, virtual machine).
To configure your ID Profile, you must click the Settings button on the Secure Exchanges ribbon in Outlook and then click "Connection Information":
